As the only recognized Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking area) outside of Ireland, the North American Gaeltacht is inviting you to our second virtual Summer Immersion Week in August 2021.
Over the course of five days, from 9-13 August 2021, experienced teachers will offer daily language classes for all levels. As well, a variety of cultural workshops will be offered, giving students the chance to practice their language skills outside the classroom. It is our goal that every learner will be at ease practicing and speaking Irish in a relaxed atmosphere.
We are offering a unique opportunity for immersive learning with classes and a workshop each day through video chat. The Summer Immersion Week is the perfect opportunity to have a Gaeltacht experience from wherever you are!
