Lán dóchas is grá,

Le súile gan solas,

Le ciúnas gan chrá.

Le solas mo chroí

Fann agus tuirseach

Go deireadh mo shlí.

Féach anois mé

Is mo chúl le balla,

Ag seinm ceoil

Do phócaí folmha
